Returns Due to the nature of food and wellness products, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened or used. Returns may be accepted only if:
1. Wrong item delivered
2. Damaged package received
3. Expired product delivered
4. Missing item in order
Refund Eligibility To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:
1. Order ID
2. Clear product photos
3. Package opening video (mandatory if the product is damaged)
Refund Process Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
